The background
Although hot-desking systems provide many benefits such as cutting costs of running workstations and encouraging communication and collaboration, it is also reported that problems in seat management caused a reduction in employee satisfaction and productivity. Wasting time looking for available desks and conference rooms and lack of workplace identity are examples of this.
Solution
Seatie is a desk allocation platform for the future workspace where many office workers would not work at the office anymore but in the open space.
